How Do I Place an Order?
It’s easier than walking...

Browse through the site and find the items you want to add to
your cart.
- Open the Tee-Specific pop up page by hovering the image with your mouse.
Inside you will find the option to select the color and size of the item, click
"Add to cart."
- After this “proceed to check out” or select "Continue Shopping".
- You may also begin the checkout process by clicking on the Shopping Cart
image in the upper right corner of the site. From there you will go through
three more steps: Shipping & Billing, Order Review, and Confirmation. You will
then receive a confirmation email, followed by an email letting you know when
your order has been shipped.

Is Your Site Secure?
Yes, for your protection, Rhetoric does not keep
your credit card information. We do not share customer
information with third parties. You can view a full explanation
in our Privacy Policy if
you wish. Our site implements full SSL protection for the
duration of our checkout process.

What's The Status of My Order?
You will receive an email confirmation
immediately following your order. It will take us 1-2 business
days to process your order. Once your order has been shipped
from our warehouse, you will receive another email which will
provide a tracking number from the US Postal Service.
Unfortunately the USPS does not provide real-time tracking yet,
so the tracking number you receive is only good for two things:
- Confirmation when your order was shipped
- Confirmation of when your package was marked delivered
You can expect orders within the US to be delivered within 2-3
business days from the date it was shipped (unless you upgraded to 1-2 Day
Express Shipping), and International orders may take from 1-6 weeks to be
delivered depending on country and customs, bummer we love international sales.
We cannot guarantee USPS delivery times.

You may only make changes to your order if your
request is received by us before your order is processed. We may
or may not be able to make your requested change(s) to your
order, depending on demand. Once your order has been processed
and/or shipped from Rhetoric, we cannot grant change requests.
You may simply hit reply from your confirmation email to submit
your request.

to you. This means if you email us on a Friday, you may not hear
back from us until Monday or Tuesday.
We typically work Monday-Friday, with the exception of

What Type of Shirts do You Use?
Is that a trick question? We custom make every
item we sell to ensure Quality,
we do not use or condone generic tee shirt blanks. Our shape is
derived from the more modern “American” style cut with
adjustments that reinforce, enhance durability, and lengthen the
life of the shirt.
All of our Men’s and Women’s tees are slim fit on a 30/1
Single Ring-Spun Peruvian Cotton with an enzyme wash, silicone treatment and
retroactive colors garanteed not to bleed in the wash.
Please be advised that Rhetoric t-shirts are “slim fit” and
you may want to round up if you are conflicted on sizing. Please review the
size hart, and the question below entitled “How are
your Tees sized compared to others”.
What the heck is a
slim fit 30/1 Single Ring-Spun Cotton Shirt with an enzyme wash and
silicone treatment?
That's Sputnick for a regular, 100% cotton processed with
quality higher than the industry standard. The enzyme wash removes
undesired cotton strands while the silicone treatment provides a
superior finish which is noticeably superior to untreated cotton.

How are your Tees Sized Compared to others?
Our shirts are slim-fit, prewashed, and are a
perfect accessory for “High Society Jewel Heistes.” Here is how
to best measure your tee shirt size. Go grab your favorite tee,
the one that fits the best. Try it on in front of a mirror and
inspect the fit (mainly the chest areas) and confirm. Now lay it
flat on your bed or kitchen table and disregard the size
specified on the tag. Measure from armpit seam to armpit seam,
this will give you your chest size. What did you get, 18 inches,
22? Now review the size chart provided and logically adjust your
chest measurement to the closest coordinating size. Please be
advised that Rhetoric t-shirts are “slim fit” and you may want
to round up if you are conflicted on sizing.

Will the Shirts Shrink after I Wash Them?
Our tee shirts are all pre-washed and dried, so
they come pre-shrunk. Our tees will shrink from 0"-0.5" after
you wash them for the first time, and after that they shouldn't
shrink at all. Unless, of course, you boil them in the hot cycle
and proceed to dry in the microwave. Then we can't guarantee
anything...

Who designs the graphics?
Rhetoric has cultivated relationships with top
international artists from many mediums including but not
limited to: Graphic design, Paint, Ink & Pencil, and
Architecture. We are Loyal to our artists and look after their
interests as much as we do our own. We work hard to provide a
safe harbor for quality artwork. We are focused on
substance-based images, which inspire thought or nostalgia. All

Rhetoric exclusively ships via the United States
Postal Service in an effort to keep your shipping costs low. As

Can I Track My Shipment?
Yes, but not very well! The USPS doesn't have
the most reliable or advanced tracking system out there.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will
receive an email stating so with a tracking number from the US Postal Service.

number you receive will tell you two things:

If I choose Express US shipping, when will I get my order?

What's your return Policy like?
Our return policy is in one word Comprehensive.
We want you to be happy with your order, so Rhetoric will give a
full refund or exchange on all non-sale items returned within 30
days of sale. This means if you order the wrong size, or just
plain don't like the shirt, send it back with the original
invoice and we'll take care of it for you! This way you can be
completely confident in your shopping experience with us.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original
condition. Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to the
customer at the expense of the customer.
For returns in the U.S., there will be a $5.00 charge to
reship the item to the customer. For returns outside of the U.S., shipping will
vary accordingly to the specific location. If rhetoric improperly ships an item,
rhetoric will cover all shipping and handling costs.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. On
exchanges made for items of lesser value the customer will receive store credit
in the amount of the remaining balance. On exchanges made for items of greater
value the customer will be charged in the amount of the overage.

What Should I Do If I Don't Have The Origional Invoice?
If you do not have the original invoice, please
print out your confirmation email or include a piece of paper
with the following:
- Whether you are asking for an exchange or refund, and
why.
- Your order number, if you have one.
- Your name, phone number, shipping address, and email address. (we typically
call you, so make sure the number is accurate)
- Indicate the Return item’s name, size, and color.
- Indicate the New item’s name, size, and color. (You can find up-to-date
size, color, and item name information on our website. If the item you are
looking for isn’t on the website, then we are currently out of stock of that
particular item.)
You may contact us to
check on the status of your exchange, but we typically call you when the
exchange is ready to ship so we can charge return shipping to your credit card
over the phone.
